Here are some questions frequently asked by our customers!

 

Q: What if I don't have my own artwork?

A: Just explain to our team what your vision is, and we go to work on the design! Additional charges may apply.

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A:  Cancellations are accepted up to the 24 hours prior to your items going into production. However, once merchandise has been decorated with your logo, you cannot cancel. The reason for this is since the item is permenantly imprinted with your brand, we cannot reuse it for any other purpose. If you need to revise or change your order for any reason, please contact our team at oshawa@fullypromoted.ca and we do everything possible to accommodate your needs!

 

Q: Can I order less than the required minimum?

A:  Ususally, we can accommodate a less than minimum request, although there could be a nominal upcharge. We encourage you reach out to us for more details on your specific requirements, as every order is unique. Stop by our showroom at 243 King St E and we'll be happy to discuss options with you!

 

Q: Can you print my local school mascot, pro team, college, or university logo?

A:  Yes, as long as you have the permissiont to do so. We can not print, embroider or decorate products without express written permission and/or the proper licenses.

 

Q: Do you keep my art on file?

A:  Yes! Once it is done, we have it for you for on additional products or for reorders.

 

Q: How do I know my order will be completed on time?

A:  If you have a time sensitive order, please make sure our team is aware of your firm deadline before placing the order, so we can make sure we can get it to you within the required timeframe. Unfortunately, we cannot control the freight & delivery companies and natural occurrences so please order well in advance to be assured you get it for when you need it.

 

Q: How fast will I get my order?

A: Every order varies depending on different factors, but standard lead time is about 10-15 business days from art approval. If you need the product by a specific date, please inform us of this when you place your order.

 

Q: Why do I have to pay another setup charge when I re-order an item?

A:  The setup fee covers the cost of setting up the equipment for the production process, so unfortunately that is usually a charge you will see regardless if you have ordered before. However, there can be exceptions. If you have any questions regarding setup charges, email us at oshawa@fullypromoted.ca

Q: What if I receive more or less than I ordered?

A:  We follow industry standard guidelines on the total products delivered. It could be slightly over or under the total ordered, especially for low-price and high-volume items like pens. Our goal is to give you exactly what you ordered, however sometimes it is beyond our control.
